COMMISSION PROCESS will depend on how much input you want for the design, but roughly my design pricess goes like this:1. face (expression, hairstyle, details, colors)
2. body (body type, height, details, colors)
3. clothes (will fully design one outfit, though if wanted more outfits it'll cost +$5 for every outfit.)changes and refinements can be done in every step and with no limit.

Terms of Services

By commissioning me you agree to the following conditions.

☆ general ☆
• I retain the rights to all and any artwork I create. artwork I create may be uploaded to my social media and shown off for portfolio reasons.
• breaking these rules will result in blacklisting you.
• I do not allow my art and designs to be made into or associated with cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology, AI art and NFTs [Non Fungible Tokens].
• if you are unhappy with the commission's result at the final stages, please contact me to fix the issue. I can make some changes to the commission, but larger edits will require additional payment.
• by commissioning me you understand I will pick the colors of your character from your ref for the flats however environment, effects, and STYLE can effect the final colors☆ artwork Rules ☆
• you musn't claim my artwork as your own.
• you musn't trace or edit any of my artwork without my direct, written permission.
• you may upload art made for you/my art of your characters on any website, use it as an avatar or signature/banner with credit.
• you may print your commission for personal use.
• you musn't remove watermarks from my art.☆ when ordering… ☆
• I as the artist have the right to decline any commission that is not comfortable with me.
• depending on complexity, additional charges maybe added
• commissions that will be used for commercial use MUST be discussed with me beforehand. non-commercial commissions are NOT to be used commercially. (ex. reselling for a profit.)☆ when paying... ☆
• payment via discord nitro/steam gift cards (temporary payment method until further notice)
• payment is after commission hits it's final stage. full finished drawing will be given only after paying.
• upon chargebacking or refusing to pay for an agreed upon art commission or design you will lose any and all rights to use said art or character. you are not allowed to display, use, or reference any unpaid art.
• chargebacked or unpaid character designs, whether redesigned or custom, will be resold and you will lose all rights to use them.
• commission prices are subject to change at any time. an already accepted commission's price will not change.
• payment methods such as Steam games and Discord Nitro are non-refundable.☆ character design rules ☆
• these rules apply to all character designs made by me.
• by obtaining a design you get the full rights to them, including commercial rights as long as what you're doing does not break these TOS [namely association with cryptocurrency, AI art and NFTs].
• once you own a character I've designed, you may edit the design as much as you'd like [ex. changing the species, gender, color scheme, clothes] as long as I'm credited for the original.
• you musn't design 'breedables' or separate characters based off my design.
• you musn't sell/trade/gift alternative color palettes or versions of my design separately - they must be traded with the original design.
• you may sell, gift and trade the character only after it's been fully paid off.
• you may sell the character for as much as you'd like, even without any additional art and no matter how you've obtained it. however, if you're found to be abusing this by purchasing customs for cheap and selling them for profit you will be blacklisted.
